What Can We Do
For You?
We offer a range of premium personal injury lawyer services. And while our specialty is any type of auto related injuries, we are also able to adequately and properly represent you in other types of personal injury cases such as construction injuries, medical malpractice and much more.
How We Do It.
Once you come to us with your personal auto injury case, we will thoroughly and completely go over all the facts of the matter with you to asses if you have a case. If our initial free consult with you determines this to be the case, we will formally establish a client-attorney relationship, after which we will get to work gathering all relevant evidence, including: Police reports, pictures of the accident scene, pictures of your injuries, medical reports, witness statements and more, all in a bid to ensure that our case is solid and can withstand the strictest scrutiny.
When all the above has been done, we will then approach the defendant(s) and present our case to them, and point blank lay a claim for the damages caused on their table, a claim and figure which we would have agreed with you our client, prior to that.
If defendant(s) agrees to settle, we come to an arrangement on when claim will be settled. Although they very possibly might negotiate and try to beat down the claim figure. If they refuse to settle the claim, the case will go to trial.
The Best Possible Results
Anyone who has been injured in an auto accident is very probably already going through a lot; physically, mentally, emotionally, and of course financially. And while you cannot undo what has been done, it is only fair that your pain and suffering be reduced to the barest minimum. Besides getting the best medical care, the one thing that can reduce these pain you endure, is financial compensation.
This financial compensation is what will help pay your medical bills, immediate and long term, allow you settle bills, such as rent, children’s school fees, and other bills that need paying, all of which you would normally be able to settle, were it not for the accident and suffering caused you.
